General Policies

1.- Stereo Bose System in the main Palapa.

2.- Wireless internet everywhere in the property.

3.- Club with Bar and Jacuzzi for min 10 guests in front of the beach.

4.- Toilet and outside shower, music system, ceiling fans.

5.- Large Terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the beach.

6.- Roofed Parking for 3 cars.

7.- Daily house cleaning.

8.- Chef, housekeepers, gardener, service staff, poolman, house manager and nightwatchman are included in the price.

9.- Pick-up service from Puerto Escondido Airport extra cost.

10.- Small pets welcome (dog in the house).

11.- PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE FOOD nor BEVERAGES except Buffet breakfast.

12.- PRICES ARE INCLUDING BUFFET BREAKFAST.

13.- Minimum length of stay requirements are imposed during peak rental periods, please inquire for detail.

14.- Rates are subject to change without notice.

15.-Transportation to and from Puerto Escondido airport will be provided AT EXTRA COST.

16.-For the tip, our suggestion is to leave 200 pesos per day per guest. For example, if you spend 5 days with a group of 5 people, we suggest you leave 25 X 200 for a total of 5000 pesos.

Payment, Deposit and cancellation Policies.

1.- All deposits and payments are required to be made by wire transfer in US dollars or in Mexican Pesos following the bank day rate. Bank info will be provided upon request.

Deposit Policies

1.- 50% within 7 days of booking and the remaining 50% 60 days prior to arrival.

2.- If you are making the reservation within 60 days of arrival, we require 100% at time of booking.

3.- Deposits can be made by direct wire transfer.

Cancellation Policies

1.- Cancellations more than 60 days in advance (full refund if we are able to rent the property for the cancelled dates at the same rate) Otherwise, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

2.- Cancellation less than 60 days in advance, NO REFUND.

3.- For Easter, Christmas and New Year, there is NO REFUND for cancellation.
